I won this kit from Chip at GMS Racing, Inc. on eBay for a great price. No one bid against me :c) The kit included 2 slotted 350Z rotors, 2 caliper adapters and hardware. I would like to have seen the installation instructions in the box but they were easily downloaded from his web site. I already had "decent" brakes - Brembo rotors, Goodridge SS brake lines, Motul brake fluid, and Brembo metallic brake pads. New 350Z rotor on the right is almost thirteen inches. I left the choice of slotted vs. drilled up to Chip. "Surprise me," I said.
Installed by Bernie, thanks dude.
I threw on a 300 Degree master cylinder brace while Bernie did the rotors. The body of the brace is shown by the blue X. The brace mounts under the fuel filter bracket bolts by the blue arrow. The red arrow shows the bolt on the brace that is adjusted and locked such that it pushes against the end of the brake master cylinder. This keeps the whole master cylinder from moving when the firewall flexes under hard brake pedal pressure. Oh yeah, the red power cable is part of my earthing set-up, in case you're about to ask.

and new rotor
The difference was instantly apparent, as my passenger and I almost snapped our necks against the seat belts. Almost like the difference between standard and power brakes, it's that noticeable. I am stopping with about half the pedal force I was before. Three things were installed: the larger 350Z rotors, Hawk HPS High Performance Street Brake Pads, and the 300 Degree master cylinder brace. I'm not sure how much each component contributed to the change, but it is drastic and undeniable. I am having to relearn all my heel-toe manuevers. I wasn't expecting this mod to be anywhere near this noticeable. And yes, I did bed the brakes in properly :c)
